Terms of Service

1. Who we are
ImagineNation is software and infrastructure built with and for First Nations to issue, hold, and settle sovereign currency on chain. The service is operated in partnership with participating nations; the nation, not ImagineNation, is the issuer of its own currency.
2. Sovereignty
A participating nation retains full sovereignty over its currency, its members, its treasury, and its rules. ImagineNation provides tools — wallets, terminals, settlement rails — and never asserts authority over a nation's money or its people.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, or to interfere with the operation of the network. Nations may set additional rules for their own members and merchants.
4. No banking relationship
ImagineNation is not a bank. Holding currency in a wallet does not create a depositor relationship. Your nation's terms govern the currency you hold.
5. Warranty & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImagineNation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Changes
We will update these terms as the product matures. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
