1. Whose data this is

Data about a nation's members belongs to that nation. ImagineNation processes data on behalf of the nation, under the nation's direction.

2. What we collect

Account email, wallet identifiers, transactions you broadcast, and basic device information needed to keep the service secure. We do not sell your data. Ever.

3. On-chain vs off-chain

On-chain data (transactions, balances) is public by design. Off-chain data (your email, your name, KYC documents if any) is held in encrypted storage and disclosed only to the issuing nation and as required by law.

4. Third parties

We rely on infrastructure providers for hosting, email, and the underlying chain. We choose partners that respect the same data principles.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of your off-chain data, ask for it to be deleted, or revoke consent at any time. Some records (court orders, audit logs, on-chain transactions) cannot be erased.
