The ImagineNation Inc staff closely scrutinizes every Merchant that applies
for associate merchant status. We apply our best efforts to make sure that
IAMS merchants provide their customers with complete satisfaction and a
pleasant on-line shopping experience.
For your protection, all merchants must clearly state their return policy. This policy statement becomes a part of the credit card information that you submit with an order. It appears just above the confirmation checkbox on the credit card form. If you do not agree with the return policy, please do not continue with the order.
All merchants are required to enter the actual order shipping date into their order logs before automated processing of your credit card can be completed. That is, your credit card authorization will not be settled until the merchant acknowledges the shipment.
Customers of IAMS Merchants can check the shipping date entry by following the link that appears on the order confirmation e-mail. This entry may have additional information about the order status and/or a tracking number.
